At Mak & Meg, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that purchasing products online doesn’t come without mistakes or ordering the wrong item. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unworn and unused.
- It should be in the same condition that you received it.
- All original tags on the product should be intact.
- Proof of purchase, such as an invoice, must be provided at the time of return.

When your return request is approved by us, you will receive further instructions for returning your item. Items sent to us without our approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are usually covered by the customers themselves due to:
- A change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size or wrong item
However, if you received a damaged, defective or wrong order, then the return shipping costs will be covered by Mak & Meg. Additionally, the shipping charges you paid the first time are non-refundable, unless the mistake is on our side.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange the product you received, you can exchange it within 60 days of the delivery date. To make an exchange, reach out to us at maknmegofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the product you want.
If the item you requested is unavailable, you can request a refund (if eligible within our refund policy) or store credits.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Mak & Meg strives to serve their customers the best way possible. But if you received an incorrect, damaged or defective order, reach out to us at maknmegofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Your request must include the order number, a description of issues with your order and clear, high-quality images of the item and packaging along with proof of purchase.
Please keep in mind, that the product should be in the same condition as you received it. After our approval, we will provide an exchange, replacement or a 100% refund without any additional costs to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We recommend that you ask any specific questions you have about the product before placing your order. Items such as gift cards, personalized or custom-made products, final sale or clearance items, worn, washed, damaged or items with altered condition, and items missing original invoices or tags are ineligible for a return. Therefore, ask all the necessary questions about your order before checkout.
Refunds
When we receive your returned order, we will inspect the item to see if it is eligible for a return, refund or exchange. If we approve your request, you will be notified via email. And you will receive your refund through the payment method you used while placing the order. Please keep in mind that processing refunds will take 10 business days.
Additionally, credit cards, banks and payment processors will take more time for refund processing due to their electronic nature. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 days, contact us at maknmegofficial@gmail.com.
