Order processing takes 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. This could include verifying the order details, ensuring the best quality possible, and preparing the product for delivery. Please note that we don’t accept orders on weekends or public holidays.
So, if you have placed any orders during this time, processing will start only on business days. Furthermore, order processing may take longer than the standard 2-3 days timeframe on peak holiday seasons, sales events or high order volumes.
3. Delivery Timeframes
After processing is complete and the order is dispatched to the carrier, it may roughly take 3-7 business days for the order to be delivered at your doorstep. Please note that these are only estimated timelines and we don’t guarantee exact delivery dates. You may get your order sooner or later than the estimated timeframe depending on carrier delays, weather conditions or peak hours. Although these are estimated timeframes, we still ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible.

Depending on the delivery address, package weight and size, and selected shipping option, the shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. At Mak & Meg, we ensure that the shipping costs are communicated clearly without any confusion or hidden charges. We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

When your order is shipped to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and link. These tracking details allow you to monitor the status of your order using the carrier’s official tracking page. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for this tracking information to become active.
6. Delivery Delays and Issues
At Mak & Meg, we work with reliable and trusted domestic carriers that ensure safe and timely delivery. But sometimes external factors can delay your order. These factors may include carrier delays, weather uncertainties, peak hours, and operational disruptions. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers. But we will surely assist you in resolving any delivery-related issues and prevent further delays.

7. Address Accuracy
